Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and operational delivery for IT products in a Build & Run environment.
• Ensure continuous, controlled delivery of evolutions and bug fixes.
• Guarantee product quality, performance, security, and scalability.
• Facilitate coordination between Build, Run, and Product teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by promoting DevOps practices such as CI/CD and automated testing.
• Manage team structuring, including recruitment, onboarding, and skill development.
• Monitor delivery performance indicators (deployment frequency, lead time, success rate).
• Organize Gameday exercises to test system resilience and incident response.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular reporting on progress and risks.

Requirements

• Significant experience in IT delivery management or technical coordination.
• Proven expertise in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong understanding of Build & Run operational models.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (Developers, Ops, Architects).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results.
