Engineering Manager- Industrial Breakers

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team by mentoring talent and fostering expertise in industrial breaker design and testing
• Guide cross-functional product design efforts, managing priorities and ensuring alignment with divisional engineering strategy
• Oversee new product development from concept through manufacturing transfer, ensuring cost-effective and manufacturable solutions
• Support product line performance by resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with industry standards and certifications
• Drive technical documentation excellence, including the maintenance of drawings, BOMs, specifications, and DFMEAs
• Advance product technology by monitoring market trends and competitor activity to influence product strategy and innovation
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across APAC and EMEA to support worldwide technology initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electromechanical product and/or system design
• Minimum of 5 years of experience directly or indirectly supervising or leading teams
• Must be able to work onsite in Moon Township, PA

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience developing team capabilities through continuous process improvement
• Experience with electromechanical circuit protection component or system design
• Knowledge of industrial low- or medium-voltage products and technology
• Experience collaborating within globally-distributed teams
