Engineering Manager, Identity Access Management

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior engineering group responsible for Pure1 IAM services, managing central authentication and identity capabilities for the Pure1 Platform.
• Drive platform strategy by owning the execution of Pure1 IAM identity and SSO configurations across cloud applications.
• Scale enterprise access by evolving identity and contact models to support complex multi-tenant hierarchies and least-privilege access.
• Cultivate technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and establishing high architectural standards for security and reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Security, and GTM teams to simplify customer onboarding and compliance.
• Optimize operational health by defining and acting on KPIs such as authentication success rates, SSO adoption, and system latency.

Requirements

• Proven engineering leadership experience, including scaling technical teams and managing performance.
• Strong technical background in software development, specifically with back-end and cloud services.
• Extensive experience managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability in strategic prioritization and managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align teams under pressure.
