Engineering Manager, Growth

Responsibilities

• Lead the talent strategy for the Growth organization, including recruiting, onboarding, and developing top-tier engineers and managers.
• Build and scale a high-performing engineering team by setting goals, establishing career paths, and managing performance and compensation processes.
• Manage and coach engineers through regular feedback and structured development plans to foster a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Drive cross-functional execution with stakeholders in Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Product teams.
• Provide strategic leadership for mission-critical platforms, aligning technical direction and capacity planning with business goals.
• Communicate technical progress, insights, and business impact to executive leadership and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Proven track record of recruiting, onboarding, and developing engineering talent.
• Experience managing performance and compensation processes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain API-heavy and integration-heavy systems in production environments.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Growth or Marketing teams to drive product adoption and GTM operations.
• Experience leveraging AI for user acquisition, churn prediction, or personalized customer journeys.
• Track record of building new products or teams from the ground up and scaling them.
• Proficiency with data warehousing, customer segmentation, and analytics tools.
