Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers
• Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to shape the team’s roadmap
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the team’s products and infrastructure
• Design and architect long-term technical solutions for the platform and customers
• Coach, mentor, hire, and grow individuals on the team

Requirements

• Previous experience leading and developing growing teams
• Proven industry experience as a Senior software engineer
• Strong technical background in large-scale, cloud-based web applications
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership
• Passion for motivating, mentoring, and cultivating people

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks
• Experience with user-facing products
• Degree in computer science or a similar field
