Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution for the Core Product team, including delivery, quality standards, and scope trade-offs.
• Embed AI tooling into the development lifecycle to accelerate cycles and improve code quality.
• Architect AI-powered systems and automation that multiply team productivity and output.
• Partner closely with Product and Design from early strategy through production to define technical direction.
• Invest in engineer development, helping team members grow and reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with recruiting to hire and retain high-performing engineering talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing a software engineering team at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven experience using AI to architect, debug, write, and review code.
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to evaluate complex architectural trade-offs.
• A track record of developing engineers and supporting their career growth.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, commuting to the office 3-4 days per week.
