Engineering Manager, Global Treasury and Payment Network

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy, architecture, development, and operation of the Global Treasury and Payment Network (GTPN) team.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to bring complex financial products from concept to launch.
• Drive technical vision and clear road blockers to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple engineering streams.
• Use data-driven insights to measure product success and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Empathize with customer needs to design and implement intuitive, impactful financial solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in modern engineering practices.
• Proven track record of leadership, managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in system architecture and software development.
• Strong product thinking and business acumen to align technical execution with customer needs.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and use analytical insights to drive product performance.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, coaching-oriented mindset.
