About the role
Responsibilities
- Own engineering execution and drive delivery across the product engineering team
- Set technical direction and establish architectural principles
- Build and scale the engineering function through hiring and mentorship
- Drive cross-functional alignment with product and design teams
- Develop AI-native engineering practices and integrate AI-assisted workflows
Requirements
- 4+ years of engineering management experience
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proven track record of shipping complex, customer-facing web applications at scale
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building LLM-integrated or agentic software products
- Full-stack fluency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
- Experience in early-stage (Series A or earlier) environments
