Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, shape, and grow two high-performing teams consisting of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Owners.
• Take full ownership of team results, culture, and individual career development, including hiring and onboarding.
• Accountable for team delivery against the roadmap, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and proactive risk management.
• Ensure adherence to engineering policies, architectural guidelines, and technical excellence.
• Define and track delivery, quality, and team health metrics to continuously optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define team vision and maintain strong stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles managing cross-functional, international teams.
• Proven experience in Marketing measurement and steering.
• Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Product Ownership.
• Experience working with agile practices and measuring delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Passion for AI adoption and driving AI fluency within engineering teams.
