Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, shape, and grow two high-performing teams consisting of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Owners
• Take full ownership of team results, culture, and individual career development, including hiring and onboarding
• Account for team delivery against the roadmap, ensuring quality, predictability, and timely execution
• Ensure adherence to engineering policies, architectural guidelines, and technical excellence
• Define and track delivery, quality, and team health metrics to optimize performance
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define team vision and maintain strong stakeholder management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles managing cross-functional, international teams
• Proven experience in Marketing measurement and steering
• Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Product Ownership
• Experience working with agile practices and managing complex projects
• Ability to measure and communicate delivery metrics such as cycle time and throughput
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior leadership
• Fluency in English
