Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of 6–8 full-stack engineers, supporting their growth through feedback and mentorship
- Own the technical roadmap and strategy for Entity Management, driving products from early to general availability
- Drive the evolution of agentic automation systems, including scrapers, portal bots, and intelligent workflow orchestration
- Partner with cross-functional leads in Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations to shape roadmap priorities
- Collaborate with legal and compliance SMEs to ensure products meet regulatory requirements
- Scale products through embedded partner channels and iterate based on partner feedback
- Partner with recruiting to hire humble, self-driven engineers
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define culture and improve scalable processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading product engineering teams as an EM or Team Lead
- 6+ years of product engineering experience as an individual contributor
- Experience building and scaling agentic or automation-heavy systems (scrapers, workflow orchestration, bots)
- Proven track record of aligning engineering goals with customer needs and user-focused outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and structured communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to grow teams through coaching and performance management
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at early or mid-stage startups as a founder or early-stage manager
- Experience in compliance-heavy or regulated environments
- Experience with embedded or partner-first product distribution models
- Experience with Payroll, HRtech, Fintech, Risk, or Enterprise SaaS products
