Engineering Manager

Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI startups. We are building an AI-native ERP to automate manual data entry and modernize the finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Run planning, standup, retrospectives, and concise meetings
• Unblock engineers and minimize distractions
• Partner with Product on roadmap, prioritization and execution
• Drive delivery of major features and technical initiatives
• Design and review system architecture, APIs and data models
• Balance speed, scalability and long-term maintainability

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience leading teams
• Proven track record of shipping products at a high pace
• Strong experience with Python and React/Next.js
• Experience building scalable APIs and systems
• Experience leading projects or systems end-to-end
• Clear written and verbal communication
• High agency and hardcore work ethic

• Background in fintech

• Base salary: $200,000 - $350,000
• Equity: $100,000 - $120,000
