Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic impact by shaping product development direction
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmap and vision
• Lead and coach engineers through delegation and technical expertise
• Scale the team by recruiting, retaining, and developing talent
• Create alignment to execute on technical vision

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 7+ years of industry experience
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Experience managing product engineering teams with Backend and Frontend Engineers
• Strong product sense and ability to partner with cross-functional peers
• Experience building scalable products in fast-paced environments
• Ability to handle ambiguity and collect non-technical requirements
