Engineering Manager, Diag

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of manufacturing diagnostics and tools for the Everpure Direct Flash Module product line
• Manage day-to-day software engineering activities, including hiring, monitoring, and motivating a team of engineers
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing test teams to support ambitious product roadmaps
• Partner with product managers to define requirements and oversee the entire development life cycle
• Instill best practices in software development, documentation, and Agile/DevOps methodologies
• Drive innovation while managing software development schedules and communicating project status clearly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field
• 7+ years of software development experience as an individual contributor
• 3+ years of experience in engineering management, specifically leading teams in hardware or storage development
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with remote teams (e.g., based in the US)
• Proficiency in systems programming using Linux and Python
• Proven experience working within Agile and DevOps environments
• Strong ability to manage software innovation while meeting strict development deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server technologies such as BMC, BIOS, Storage, or networking
• Knowledge of NAND and Flash-based memory
• Experience leading or delivering System Software solutions for Enterprise or Consumer domains
