Our end-to-end platform enables 3D Digital Twins, AR Try-On, and Virtual Content Creation, enhancing product detail pages at scale. We’ve partnered with Zalando, one of the world’s largest fashion e-commerce platforms, and are rapidly expanding our reach.

Responsibilities

• Own the Engineering Vision & Strategy by defining and executing the technical roadmap
• Scale & Lead a High-Performing Team through hiring, mentoring, and growing talent
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, including code reviews and architecture decisions
• Drive engineering execution and ensure high-quality, scalable software development processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams
• Champion engineering excellence in code quality, security, and performance optimization
• Architect solutions for high throughput and low-latency requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends in 3D graphics, AR, AI, and distributed systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing engineering teams
• Strong technical background with hands-on software development experience
• Proven track record of solving hard technical problems and driving product launches
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in 3D graphics, AR, or AI
• Experience in C++ development
• Experience with large-scale systems
