About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack and frontend engineers
- Own delivery for the Experimentation App from planning through production
- Set technical direction in partnership with engineers and statisticians
- Partner with Product, Design, and customers to shape requirements and roadmap
- Foster a culture of fast iteration and high engineering standards
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience as a people manager or technical leader
- 5+ years experience building and shipping software
- Strong technical background in architecture and tradeoffs
- Experience shipping products in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in career development and performance management
- Experience tracking and optimizing team velocity
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize large roadmaps
