Engineering Manager, Client Solutions

We're transforming how enterprises build software using an agentic platform that can autonomously execute a significant portion of software development work.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer teams during critical implementations as a technical co-pilot
• Participate in customer sprint planning, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making
• Build custom solutions and write production-quality code to integrate Blitzy with enterprise systems
• Develop reusable patterns, scripts, and tools to accelerate customer adoption
• Debug complex issues spanning customer infrastructure and the Blitzy platform
• Decompose executive vision into actionable engineering roadmaps
• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize features based on field experience

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience shipping production code
• Fluency in multiple programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or C#)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud architecture
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise development workflows
• Proven ability to navigate complex technical environments and stakeholder relationships
• Experience at high-growth startups or in customer-facing engineering roles
• Background in AI/ML, developer tools, or enterprise modernization

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of technical thought leadership (blogs, talks, open source)
• Experience with legacy system modernization or large-scale migrations
• Passion for the future of AI-powered software development
