Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and grow engineering talent through career support and performance reviews
• Lead team execution, ceremonies, and strategic roadmap planning
• Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and operations teams to define requirements
• Build and evolve systems that power real-time, in-person service experiences
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on architectural decisions and trade-offs
• Drive engineering excellence through ownership of performance, reliability, and usability metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and developing software engineers
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding and system design
• Proficiency in modern object-oriented languages and design patterns
• Experience building cloud-native applications and scalable distributed systems
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for cross-functional partners
