BoostDraft develops a document editor with assistive features by applying IDE concepts (like VS Code or IntelliJ) to the legal document domain. The product functions as a Microsoft Word add-in, allowing lawyers and corporate legal departments to focus on essential legal work. The company has achieved rapid growth and profitability without external funding for four years and has been accepted into prestigious accelerators like MassChallenge, StartX, and MIT Sandbox.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for technical decision-making within the team
• Drive projects and teams forward in a fast-paced, agile environment to maximize timely results
• Support member growth through coaching and assigning increasingly challenging tasks
• Foster a culture of psychological safety both within the team and across the company

Requirements

• Management experience of an engineering team with 5 or more members
• Fluent coding skills in C#, C++, Java, or Rust
• Business-level English proficiency
• Experience in at least three of the following: optimizing engineering processes, performance evaluation/compensation decisions, coaching/mentoring, setting project priorities based on feedback, or technical public speaking/blogging
• Strong communication skills and passion for building psychologically safe environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to deeply understand both customer and engineer perspectives
• Business-level proficiency in Korean
