Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Salesforce squad and the GenAI Video squad
• Drive roadmap execution and ensure alignment with business needs
• Guarantee development quality through testing, observability, and performance
• Manage recruitment, coaching, and professional development for team members
• Oversee technical architecture decisions and manage technical debt
• Monitor AI trends and promote the adoption of AI-assisted coding tools

Requirements

• Proven experience managing at least one technical team
• Strong architectural knowledge to challenge technical decisions
• Interest or knowledge in Generative AI and LLMs
• Servant leadership mindset (coach, facilitator, mentor)
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
