Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage two engineering teams (Distribution Strategy and Delivery Execution) within the Supply Chain tribe
• Drive roadmap execution and ensure high technical standards (testing, observability, performance, security)
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and professional development for engineers
• Promote continuous delivery and "Build it, Run it, Fix it" philosophies
• Manage technical debt and ensure alignment with global architecture and SRE/QA standards
• Support teams in adopting AI-driven development tools

Requirements

• Proven experience as a manager of at least one engineering team
• Strong understanding of Software Craftsmanship, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
• Servant leadership mindset with a focus on autonomy and empowerment
• Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Passion for software engineering and technical innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native environments
• Knowledge of continuous delivery practices
