Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage two squads focused on financial products within the EARN tribe
• Oversee roadmap execution and ensure technical quality (tests, observability, performance, security)
• Drive continuous improvement of team operations using KPIs
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and professional development for team members
• Promote autonomy, accountability, and a "Build it, Run it, Fix it" philosophy
• Manage technical debt and ensure alignment with global architecture
• Foster a "Software Craftsmanship" culture within squads

Requirements

• Proven experience managing at least one engineering team
• Strong understanding of Software Craftsmanship, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
• Ability to tackle complex frontend challenges and expose high-quality services
• Servant leadership mindset with strong communication skills
• Passion for software engineering, technology, and innovation
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud Native architectures and Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery practices
