Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineers working on frontend and backend product features
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver user-centric solutions
• Drive execution of the product roadmap with predictable and high-quality delivery
• Own sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery for product initiatives
• Ensure engineering best practices around code quality, testing, and reviews
• Provide technical direction for product services and web applications
• Mentor and grow engineers through regular feedback and career development
• Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and hiring interviews

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead role
• Experience building and scaling customer-facing SaaS products
• Proficiency with Next.js (React), Node.js, and Python
• Experience with MongoDB and AWS
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-growth startups or rapidly scaling product organizations
• Exposure to AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures
• Contributions to open-source projects or published technical thought leadership
