Responsibilities

• Hold personnel responsibility for approximately 10-15 people with a focus on development, coaching, and follow-up
• Drive recruitment, competence planning, and team building
• Drive change management within a complex and regulated environment
• Participate in the management group for Technology Engineering
• Build structures and working methods to drive development for a modern, secure, and scalable platform

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within technically complex environments
• Experience in change management within a development organization
• Proven inclusive leadership style that actively involves others to find solutions
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a regulated industry
