Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team of engineers, including hiring and coaching
• Work closely with the engineering team to develop features and products from the ground up
• Drive design and architecture discussions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives
• Engage with healthcare professionals to tailor software solutions to real-world needs
• Participate in an agile team to prioritize rapid development and deployment

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in an engineering manager role
• Track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-moving environments
• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to scale production-grade systems
• Strong systems-thinking balancing scalability, time-to-market, and user value
• Ability to wear multiple hats including design, development, and testing
