Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and make product decisions for the Forecasting and Scheduling team
• Partner closely with PM, design, ML engineers, and GTM teams
• Work directly with customers to ensure product impact
• Recruit high-quality engineers and build a cohesive team culture
• Champion technical investment, including paying down debt and modernizing infrastructure
• Balance rapid feature delivery with long-term technical health

Requirements

• T-shaped leadership style with ability to dive deep into technical details
• Proven ability to build and recruit high-performing engineering teams
• Strong product instincts and ability to influence roadmaps
• Experience managing technical debt and infrastructure modernization
• Thoughtful approach to using AI as a force multiplier in engineering workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in operations research or adjacent quantitative fields
• Experience with optimization, queueing theory, simulation, or applied math
• Experience with ML involving heavy optimization
