Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams supporting facility infrastructure, operational systems, and asset management.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure infrastructure reliability, system performance, and operational continuity.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering projects, infrastructure upgrades, and recapitalization activities.
• Manage engineering governance, including technical reviews, engineering assurance, standards compliance, and risk management.
• Lead infrastructure lifecycle management, including asset planning, condition assessments, and long-term sustainability planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support engineering outcomes and infrastructure priorities.
• Oversee resource planning, workload management, and technical capability development for engineering teams.
• Promote a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture across all technical activities.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting engineering, infrastructure, or facilities programs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior engineering leadership or project management role.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex engineering activities within a 24/7 operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certifications related to Asset Management, Reliability, or Facilities Management.
• Experience in remote, high-security, defense, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience with power generation, distribution systems, or data center infrastructure.
