About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a team of 8 to 10 engineers
- Build scalable products using Angular, React, Node, Redux, and Java
- Practice and promote Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban
- Take ownership and drive end-to-end development
- Collaborate with the leadership team
Requirements
- 10 to 13 years of total experience in software development
- At least 2 years of experience in people management
- At least 5 years of experience in full stack development
- Essential experience with Angular and/or React
- Essential experience with Node.js
- Experience with REST and Microservices
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting distributed web applications
- Hands-on experience with coding, code review, and design
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of unit testing, profiling, performance tuning, and debugging
- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes
- B.Tech(CS) or MCA in Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product development
- Previous experience working in a product-based company
