Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of front-end, back-end, and ML engineers
• Drive the development of solutions leveraging next-generation AI, LLM, and Agentic AI technologies
• Collaborate with customers to deploy AI solutions onto their specific technology stacks
• Define and implement best practices for AI model development and deployment
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Contribute to the company's long-term AI strategy and product roadmap
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ethical AI development

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML or Software engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
• Hands-on experience with LLM architectures and Agentic AI Orchestrators (e.g., Transformer-based models, Langgraph)
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with large-scale distributed computing and ML infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale AI projects
• History of publications or patents in the field of AI/ML
