Engineering Manager, Agent Studio

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, overseeing hiring and fostering an innovative culture.
• Act as a player-coach, balancing hands-on coding, customer calls, and team management.
• Own the deployment outcome and GM-level responsibility for customer revenue and meeting targets.
• Build autonomous AI agents to automate sales workflows, including account strategy, prospecting, and outreach.
• Embed with customers to gather feedback and rapidly ship agent improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Production experience with AI agents.
• High agency and the ability to own outcomes without a clear playbook.
• Strong communication skills to interface with sales teams, engineers, and leadership.
• Based in San Francisco and excited to be in-office at least 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a technical founder or founding engineer.
• Experience as a forward-deployed engineer at a high-bar company.
