Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead overall engineering management, detail design, and design review for EPCM projects
• Manage engineering project teams and project support staff
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Manage preparation of conceptual designs and specifications for power plant projects
• Perform project resource planning and coordinate with contractors and clients
• Monitor internal project costs and manhours through regular performance reviews
• Act as Project Manager for smaller power plant engineering projects

Requirements

• Higher professional degree in a relevant engineering field (B.Sc. or higher)
• Over 10 years of experience in power utilities, engineering, or power sector consulting
• Specific experience in CCGT projects, particularly Integration Engineering and BOP Engineering Management
• Familiarity with international engineering design codes and standards
• Fluency in English with excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Proven experience in client interaction and time management
• Ability to work effectively within multicultural environments
