Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Portfolio Services team at the core of Addepar’s data platform
• Drive developer velocity, process automation, and cross-functional execution
• Coach and mentor a team of software engineers to help them succeed
• Contribute to shaping product features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements
• Collaborate with partner teams to deliver high-impact solutions for internal and external clients
• Manage software projects throughout the SDLC, including estimation and project planning

Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context
• Strong experience managing the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile processes
• Experience or a strong interest in financial technology (fintech)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
