Engineering Leader - Wiring Devices

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute capacity and capability management under the guidance of the Engineering Manager
• Manage team performance and development through coaching, training, and career counseling
• Drive process improvements to ensure financial results and operational efficiency are achieved
• Engage with cross-functional leads and customers to understand project scope and assign resources effectively
• Support sales by building customer relationships and providing technical guidance or engineering judgment
• Ensure quality and adherence to all established policies, standards, and safety requirements
• Collaborate within a matrixed environment to support transformation efforts and high-performance culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering, industrial laboratory, or similar environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to coach and mentor team members of various experience levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience
• Experience in a customer-facing or external-facing role
• Experience working within a matrixed organizational structure
