Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers as a technical owner of the relationship
• Define project plans, align internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of deployments
• Build and configure intelligent solutions leveraging snap-ins, connectors, workflows, and AI agents
• Connect AI agents with external platforms like CRMs, APIs, and databases
• Tune prompts, logic, and agent configurations for accuracy and scalability
• Partner with customers to translate business needs into technical agent specifications
• Lead live demos and build rapid proof-of-concepts
• Act as a trusted technical advisor on AI agent architecture

Requirements

• 5+ years in software design and development, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting
• 3+ years leading technology teams as a hands-on leader
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with modern DevOps practices including CI/CD, containers, and observability
• Proficiency integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and event/data pipelines
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
• Knowledge of Go
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with RAG, function calling, and building evals for agentic AI
• Certifications in AI or architecture frameworks like TOGAF or SAFe
