Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to shape the roadmap and set the technical vision for business accounting integrations.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a talented group of engineers to help them grow and remove blockers.
• Drive strong execution through clear planning, realistic commitments, and healthy team operations.
• Set high standards for engineering quality and lead the design of scalable, resilient integration platforms.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Own hiring, development, and the long-term technical impact of your engineering squad.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on technical experience in OOP languages (Java or similar).
• Proven experience with modern technology stacks including REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and building high-scalability systems.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring software engineers.
• Strong product and customer mindset with experience building customer-facing products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
