Responsibilities
- Take over major parts of the codebase and maintain technical velocity
- Work closely with founders as a high-trust reviewer
- Raise the bar for engineering quality and speed
- Shape architectural decisions and mentor teammates
- Ship fast within a tight, flat organization
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building features and leading projects from scratch
- Deep understanding of systems and infrastructure
- Experience with JS frameworks and full-stack web apps
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
- Ability to learn quickly and get things done
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of in-person work
Preferred Qualifications
- Founder mentality or previous founder experience
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines or search clusters
