Engineering Lead-Data, Analytics & AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accountability owner for Data & Analytics and Agentic AI Platform Engineering, managing deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Lead the delivery of application integrations and conversational analytics capabilities built to enterprise standards.
• Drive agentic AI engineering delivery, including AI agent portal development and reusable agentic frameworks.
• Own cloud-native agentic architecture deployments and MLOps/LLMOps enablement to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
• Manage demand, capacity planning, and project scoping to ensure engineering commitments meet agreed SLAs.
• Engage with business stakeholders and technology leadership to align delivery priorities and effort estimates.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading enterprise data and AI engineering teams.
• Experience in enterprise data warehouse design, data architecture, and semantic layer development.
• Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and metadata management practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to travel approximately 10% on average.

• Experience delivering technical demonstrations to stakeholders.
