Engineering Internship

Responsibilities

• Assist in mechanical maintenance and process optimization for tire production equipment
• Support data collection and analysis to drive performance improvements
• Participate in root cause analysis and propose technical solutions
• Contribute to documentation and reporting for various engineering projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on industrial engineering and product industrialization tasks
• Create or update mechanical designs and drawings using CAD software

Requirements

• Student currently enrolled at a Technical University
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work a full-time schedule (8h) and spend time on the shopfloor
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor (CAD design)
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems and schematics
