Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and execute projects based on your professional training within assigned departments
• Rotate through various engineering areas to gain a well-rounded understanding of organizational processes
• Propose analytical solutions and continuous improvement points for problems encountered in the work area
• Present periodic reports to supervisors regarding activities, pending tasks, and resource availability
• Maintain and care for assigned materials, tools, and equipment
• Adhere to all industrial safety regulations and company policies
• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve company objectives

Requirements

• Advanced engineering student (at least 70% of degree completed)
• Active student status required from July 2026 to July 2027
• Major in Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week to work onsite in Alajuela (Zona Franca Zeta)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and self-directed mindset
