Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the analysis of training needs across various departments
• Design and develop training materials and examinations in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Adapt educational content based on specific profiles and established objectives
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and collect feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an engineering student
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with interactive content creation tools
• Strong teamwork, active communication, and adaptability skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of the watchmaking industry
