Engineering IMIT Business Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze client IM/IT requirements and facilitate workshops to capture and document business needs
• Map processes and rules visually to propose target processes that maximize digital technology solutions
• Support full implementation lifecycles from initial concept through testing, validation, and production go-live
• Create Concept of Operation (CONOPS), use cases, Business Processes Model & Notation (BPMN), and System Models
• Analyze the impact of new requests on existing solutions and business processes
• Manage operational requirements for the ENOVIA 3DExperience Tool (PLM)
• Collaborate with the Chief Solutions Architect to optimize the performance, reliability, and availability of IM/IT systems
• Participate in multidisciplinary project bid teams and review bid documentation to derive engineering requirements
• Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• Practical experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Experience with IM/IT system implementations and the various phases of implementation projects
• Knowledge of PLM, ERP, and MMS enterprise systems
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Visio and Project
• Project management experience
• Must be eligible for Canadian government security clearance (Reliability and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret)
• Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program and meet ITAR requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ENOVIA 3DExperience Tool (PLM), SAP, or RAMCO Enterprise systems
• Knowledge of Aerospace Engineering IM/IT and authoring software such as CATIA, Solidworks, or Hypermesh
• Experience with Digital Transformations and Company Change Management
• Bilingualism in English and French
