About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in analysing operational and engineering data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support the design, testing, implementation, and optimisation of engineering systems, automation solutions, and process improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives applying problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Assist with project coordination and execution including planning, tracking progress, and reporting
- Support preventative maintenance, system monitoring, and performance evaluation of equipment and infrastructure
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Mechatronic Engineering
- Computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Data interpretation and presentation skills
- Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues
