Engineering Graduate

Responsibilities

• Design portions of engineering solutions for products, systems, and software using established principles and technology guidelines.
• Implement and execute predefined test plans to validate mechanical, electrical, and software specifications.
• Assist senior engineers in inspecting machinery and equipment performance and performing root-cause analysis for assembly or testing issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and business peers to understand end-user requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal engineering teams and outsourced development partners.
• Contribute to projects through research, data analysis, and the documentation of findings and recommendations.
• Support preventive maintenance and safety procedures as communicated by functional teams.

Requirements

• Four-year Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in engineering design or utilizing engineering design tools and software packages.
• Knowledge of engineering design tools and software.
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Certification or Six Sigma Certification.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology, DevOps, or CI/CD.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS), microservices, or machine learning.
