Engineering Graduate - Global Trainee

Responsibilities

• Observe core processes through on-the-job training, project assignments, and training activities
• Collaborate on the execution of critical projects
• Learn Tenaris strategy, systems, and processes to gain a profound understanding of products and services
• Analyze information and prepare deliverables such as reports and process documentation
• Maintain regular contact with different hierarchical levels and departments to achieve performance results
• Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure area results
• Comply with company policies, management standards, and all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Metallurgy
• Graduated within the last 4 years
• Less than 4 years of related professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings, hydraulics, applied mechanics, or controls is considered an asset
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
