Engineering Director, Global Treasury and Payment Network

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, architecture, development, and operation of the Global Treasury and Payment Network (GTPN) engineering team.
• Oversee multiple feature teams across Transfers, Client Treasury, and GTPN Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to bring complex financial products from concept to launch.
• Drive technical vision and clear roadblocks for engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Use data-driven insights to measure product success and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in modern engineering practices and software development.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a dynamic environment.
• Deep expertise in system architecture and designing scalable infrastructure.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to empathize with customer needs to design impactful solutions.
