Engineering Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Independently manage small capital projects that require minimal engineering evaluation
• Manage project documentation by retrieving and archiving drawings as part of the documentation process
• Serve as a sourcing partner for project managers by following established policies to execute capital equipment purchases and installation contracts
• Provide Workday supervision tasks for 3M contract workers
• Provide additional administrative support and work independently with limited direction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• 3-5 years of work experience in customer or stakeholder-focused roles
• Experience working with both internal stakeholders and external customers
• Experience working directly with technical teams
• Proven ability to work independently with limited direction
