Engineering Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and expert guidance for planned and unplanned maintenance activities
• Manage and process validated work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance
• Conduct remote fault diagnosis and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Perform technical reviews to assign appropriate parts and labor for onsite work
• Oversee customer communications regarding site access, planning, and job readiness
• Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for onsite activities
• Manage SAP service orders and coordinate with contractors and suppliers for procurement
• Monitor and respond to alarms on medical oxygen panels and other critical systems
• Support spare parts management by reviewing technical specifications for new components
• Participate in on-call and out-of-hours activities for urgent or safety-critical needs

Requirements

• Technical qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience-based knowledge
• Strong technical understanding of industrial gas systems
• Proficiency in SAP (SD module preferred) and ServiceMax
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and equipment monitoring tools
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication abilities
• In-depth geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
