About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist Engineering Managers with equipment analysis and new installations
- Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout
- Investigate new plant engineering processes and techniques
- Support facility revisions and special projects as identified by the team
- Deliver a final presentation to site, program, and division leadership at the end of the rotation
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Pursuing an Engineering degree with sophomore standing or higher
- Minimum overall GPA of 2.8
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a team-oriented setting or leadership role
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations functions
- Previous internship or Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams
