Engineering Co-Op

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineering Managers with equipment analysis and new installations
• Develop drawings and specifications for equipment layout
• Investigate new plant engineering processes and techniques
• Support facility revisions and special projects as identified by the team
• Deliver a final presentation to site, program, and division leadership at the end of the rotation

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Currently enrolled in a college or university
• Pursuing an Engineering degree with sophomore standing or higher
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Previous experience in a team-oriented setting or leadership role
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations functions
• Previous internship or Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams
