About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing and CI engineers to deliver productivity and cost reduction projects
  • Manage the ProTrak productivity project portfolio, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Oversee CapEx projects, including machinery upgrades, new technology implementation, and automation initiatives
  • Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events, 5S, value stream mapping, and standard work development
  • Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and root causes of inefficiencies
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, cost, and lean maturity
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or operations management
  • Demonstrated experience leading productivity, cost reduction, and lean/continuous improvement projects
  • Strong technical background in manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Experience with capital project management and technology implementation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and project tracking systems
