Engineering Change Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the introduction, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes, methods, and tools within the plant.
• Act as the key local contact for ECM topics, providing education, coordination, and advice to key users.
• Ensure ECM processes and tools are applied according to company standards.
• Monitor the setup and maintenance of ECM-relevant master data, including BOM, Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions.
• Serve as the first point of contact for change notifications and support Program Management in tracking budget reimbursements.
• Moderate engineering change and phase-out meetings within the plant.
• Train local key users (Manufacturing Engineers, Project Managers, Logistics, etc.) on relevant tools such as SAP modules, Signavio, and PLM basics.
• Contribute local requirements, feedback, and lessons learned to the global ECM network.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
• Solid knowledge of Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes.
• Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation.
• Strong problem-solving methodology skills.
